Why gather the stakeholders?

We are being large and small at the same time.  Our 2012 goals in our Map are Network goals, and they can indeed be met by the whole Network and worked out locally by congregations.

Our congregation has some other pressing needs that are more unique to our moment in time.  A meeting of the “stakeholders” is being called to get us together to imagine this next year and beyond.

Stakeholders are self-identified, it is an open meeting.  Those of us who feel a sense of ownership and want to shape the next couple months, especially would want to be there.

Our discerning process for 2009 was awesome and widely participated in.  This is more of a “word of mouth” time that the cell leaders from FN are pulling together.  It is not meant to be the real mapping process as much as looking a bit closer at the challenges we face and the dreams we can imagine.
