Gearing up for Sat #4-new leaders

One thing we did really well in 2011 was raise up new leaders. People rising up to leadership is evidence of healthy discipleship.
Here are some of the new cell leaders & apprentices in 2011…
Zach Wood became a CL apprentice then Cell Leader. Matthew Abraham & Sarah White returned to CL apprentices and then Cell Leaders.
Tiffany Carter, Colleen Keller, Josh Mints, Kristen Snow, Greg Fuguet, Sean Moran, & Jesse Parsons became CL Apprentices. Mariko Snook, Melissa Lattanzio, & Jess Shoffner returned to CL Apprentice.
Michael Heneghan returned to being a Cell Leader. Sara Keel & Carl Stovner became cell leaders.

Lauren Stichter stepping up to be the big kids team leader. She did an incredible job organizing the team and planning out the weekly activities so it didn’t seem too intimidating to new members.
Melissa Rivera CL apprentice and I, Gail, CL started our cell last February – the first morning cell of 2011!!
Mike Stichter is so great (and a new leader this year).
